Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of his best efforts, he could not get instructions from his clients. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Peddapally Police Station, as per which, while the investigation is in progress, both the parties approached the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Peddapally and got compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat on 24.01.2018. In view of the said instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
