JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 42944 OF 2016 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the orders dated 22/4/2016 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 6643 of 2015 as in excess of jurisdiction and contrary to law and facts and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. When the matter is listed today, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to agitate the issue before the learned single Judge [where the O.A. is received on transfer].

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly liberty is granted to the proposed implead petitioners to agitate the issue raised in this writ petition before the learned single Judge.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
