THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN C.R.P.No.709 of 2016 ORDER:

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 01.04.2016, a report is submitted by the Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam who has explained in detail the circumstances in which the mistake had crept in the cause title of the order. The learned Judge reports that, in case an application is made, necessary action would be taken to correct the error in the order.

Sri K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would take steps to file an application to rectify the error in the cause title in the order under revision, and it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to question the order under revision, after the cause title therein is corrected by the Court below.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
