THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.43 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) In our view, this Public Interest Litigation should not be filed because no one can have monopoly in the knowledge of mythology. This Court is not supposed to look into this matter.

Therefore, this Public Interest Litigation is closed. However, the petitioners can approach appropriate authority to express their sentiment. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
