This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.343 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid C.C is already disposed of, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this criminal petition. 3.
