THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.14879 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.124 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal, Warangal District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, across the bar, filed a letter dated 19.2.2018 reporting that the case in C.C.No.124 of 2013 on the file of JFCM, Warangal was ended in acquittal on 21.12.2017. The same is brought on record.

Since the case in C.C. No.124 of 2013 is ended in acquittal, nothing survives in the criminal petition to adjudicate. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, while vacating the interim stay granted on 17.12.2013. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
