Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

By proceedings dated 17.04.2015 the petitioner's fair price shop dealership was suspended on the ground that case under Section 6-A is registered.

This Court by order dated 30.04.2015, suspended the order of suspension.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, in pursuant to the interim order of this Court, petitioner continued to operate the fair price shop dealership.

Having regard to the fact that suspension of authorization of fair price shop dealership which is suspended by this Court and petitioner continued to operate the fair price shop dealership, the order impugned is set aside.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to conduct proceedings under Section 6-A, if they are not already concluded and are pending. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 8th November, 2018 Rds
