Counsel for petitioner requests four weeks time from today to file explanation together with documents demanded through notice, dated 26.10.2016, and also requests for furnishing a copy of report on which the instant enquiry is initiated.

By granting the liberty as requested, the writ petition is disposed of. As and when such a request is made to conform to fairness in action, respondent No.3 considers, providing a copy of the report, which is the cause for issuing the notice impugned in the writ petition.
