THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14568 of 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in seizing 105 quintals of rice along with lorry bearing No.AP 27 U 2989 by conducting panchanama on 19.04.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients are ready to furnish bank guarantee for the value of the seized stocks of rice as well the vehicle. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) has no objection for the same.
Considering the said fact, the seized stocks of rice as well as the vehicle, in question, shall be released, subject to the petitioners furnishing bank guarantee to the value that may be fixed by the respondents.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
