HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 6455 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring proceedings if any issued by respondents 1 to 3 in the name of Festival Committee in favour of respondents 4 to 6 as illegal and contrary to the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious and Endowments Act, 1966.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits t hat Mr.T.Arjun Singh, Inspector, Endowments Department, Hyderabad East Division is appointed as Chief Festival Officer for supervision and conduct of annual festive of Sri Rama Kalyana Rathostavam in Pasumamula village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

In view of the fact that an officer is appointed to supervise annual festivities of Sri Rama Kalyana Rathostavam, I am of the view that the complaint in the Writ Petition is misconceived.

Recording the stand of the Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
