Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that as far as claim against respondents 1 to 3 is concerned petitioner received the amount from them, and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the cause of action in respect of respondents 4 and 5, in accordance with law. In view of the same, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate his rights against respondents 4 and 5, in accordance with law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
