This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with M.W.No.76 of 2000 on the file of the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Circle-II, Vizianagaram and to quash the order passed therein on 17.1.2002.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the order impugned in this writ petition has been complied with. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
