ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 10.3.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.
Petitioner is the permanent dealer of fair price shop No.33, Peddavengali Village, Chagalamarri Mandal, Kurnool District and his authorization is valid upto 31.03.2016. The authorization of the petitioner was suspended on the ground that he is not staying in the village and has been employed somewhere and his father is running the fair price shop allotted to him.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are totally incorrect and the petitioner himself is running the fair price shop.
Since the impugned order is only an order of suspension pending enquiry, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Nandyal, to conduct enquiry and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
