This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of Orders dated 08.09.2014 passed in Crl.R.P.No.415 of 2013 in Crl.M.P.No.2294 of 2013 in C.C.No.487 of 2013 by the learned Special Judge for trail of offences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
