Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The petitioner in both the writ petitions is a fair-price shop dealer of Venkataramana Palli Village, Gorantala Mandal, Anantapur District. She was appointed as dealer to the shop after bifurcation of the earlier shop in 2014. Earlier she filed W.P.No.9199 of 2015 challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not allotting the essential commodities and issuing a show-cause notice dated 17-03-2015. Thereafter, another show-cause notice-cum-suspension order was issued on 07-04-2015 by adding four more charges to the charge mentioned in the showcause notice dated 17-03-2015. Challenging the same, W.P.No.11968 of 2015 is filed.

Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already submitted her explanation to the earlier showcause notice as well as to the present show-cause notice within time. It is also the case of the petitioner that in view of the filing of writ petition in this Court, the respondents are showing vindictive attitude and issued show-cause notice by adding more charges. Be that as it may, now the explanation of the petitioner to the show-cause notice issued on 17-03-2015 as well as on 17-04-2015 is pending consideration before the third respondent. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petitions pending. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of (30) days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In view of the subsequent developments, both the writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
