Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that his Nissan Car bearing Registration No.AP 09 CH 9285 was seized by 2nd respondent alleging that it was being used as an escort of vehicles for transporting red sander and that even though the petitioner has filed application under Section 44 (2B) of the AP Forest Act, 1967 on 01-062015, till date, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereof.

The learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision on the petitioner's application to the petitioner.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to pass a reasoned order on the application made on 01-06-2015 by the petitioner for release of the above vehicle and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
