ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed to set aside the order, dated 01.04.2011, in O.A.No.9426 of 2009 (in O.A.No.6779 of 2008 and batch) on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad - respondent No.3.

2. Smt.K.V.Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter, dated 06.06.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein she has stated that her clients have instructed her to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, she has submitted that in view of the request of her clients for withdrawal of the writ petition, the same may be dismissed as such.

4. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5.
