HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37926 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not making demarcation of the house site plots in Sy.No.118/3B situated at Voolapalli Village, Bikkavolu Mandal, East Godavari District which were allotted to the petitioners in the year 2009 as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.31176 of 2018, dated 10-10-2018. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is stated by both counsel that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of said order.

In view of the same, following the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make representation to the respondents in respect of their grievance within a period of two weeks from today and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the petitioners are otherwise entitled. No order as to costs.
