Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Standing Counsel.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in registering sale deed in terms of letter No.L.A./Unit-VI/38/ORRP/05, dated 12.07.2007 as illegal and contrary to the conditions of allotment letter. One Sri B. Narayana Reddy is the petitioner. The allotment through letter dated 12.07.2007 is in favour of another person by name K. Hanumanth Reddy, S/o Sai Reddy. The premise for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court is that the allotment letter provides for assignment of the interest created through the letter dated 12.07.2007 and in the case on hand, the petitioner alleges to have complied with all the requirements and failure to execute a registered sale deed is illegal.

This Court is relieved of considering the grievance of the petitioner on merits, for the original allottee joins issue with the petitioner on all material particulars, thus, there is a dispute in all fours between the petitioner and the original allottee.

Under these circumstances, the prayer is misconceived. The petitioner has to work out his remedies before a competent Court in a properly instituted suit, if so advised. The Writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
