By way of G.O.Ms.No.52 Finance (Admn-II) Department, dated 04.04.2016, the Government authorized the Investigating Officer of Anti-Corruption Bureau, Srikakulam District for filing applications in the Court of Special Judge for Anti- Corruption Bureau Cases, Visakhapatnam, for attachment of the properties of the petitioner. Without questioning the said Governmental order, the present writ petition is filed.

In the writ petition as framed now, no relief can be granted. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to challenge the above said action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
