1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in considering the representation of the petitioners dated 21.07.2018 for online mutation of their names in the revenue records, in respect of their agricultural lands situated in Survey No. 476/ 4 (Ac.0.33 cents), Survey No. 477 (Ac.0.77 1⁄2 cents), Survey No. 476/ 3 (Ac.0.23 cents), Survey No. 487/ 1 (Ac.0.33 cents), Survey No. 483 (Ac.0.20 cents), Survey No. 488 (Ac.1.37 cents), Survey No. 29 (Ac.1.68 cents), Survey No. 40/ 2 (Ac.2.01 cents), Survey No. 490/ 2 (Ac.1.62 1⁄2 cents) of Duppithuru village, and Survey Nos. 52 (Ac.0.
42 cents), Survey No. 55 (Ac.0.40 cents), Survey No. 103 (Ac.1.00 cents), Survey No. 113 (Ac.0.65 cents, Survey No. 54 (0.10 cents), Survey No. 59 (Ac.0.05 cents), Survey No. 44 (Ac.0.08 cents), Survey No. 56 (Ac.0.36 cents), Survey No. 53 (Ac.0.42 cents) of Bhogapuram village, Atchuthapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam district, as per the proceedings of the 34rd respondent dated 18.05.2018 in FL/ 9.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioners seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners are required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.
5) Giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioners, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.
