...Respondents
Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.P.Lakshma Reddy Counsel for the respondents: GP for Civil Supplies (TS) The Court made the following:
Order :
Feeling aggrieved by proceeding No.C2/2927/2012, dated 2411-2012, of respondent No.3, suspending his fair price shop authorization, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. On 30-11-2012, this Court has admitted the Writ Petition and granted the interim order sought by the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the impugned order of suspension was revoked and that the enquiry is still pending.
In view of this subsequent event, the necessity of adjudicating the legality or otherwise of the impugned order of suspension is obviated. However, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the enquiry, pass an order and communicate the same to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.46991 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
