O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that in pursuance of the directions of this court in the earlier writ petition filed by them in W.P.No.20484 of 2018 dated 29.06.2018, they made fresh application dated 08.11.2018 to the respondents for regularization of the subject land in terms of G.O.Ms.No.118 Revenue (ASSN.I)Department dated 30.03.2016, but pending consideration of said application, respondents are trying to evict them. Hence the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of the petitioners dated 08.11.2018 is stated to be pending with the respondents for consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the above said application in accordance with law. Till the disposal of the application of the petitioners, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners in respect of subject property.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
