THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.12243 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the concerned respondent officials on the complaint made by the petitioners. In the aforesaid complaint made to the District Collector it is alleged that mining operation is being conducted by the tenth respondent without having any licence or authority. But no decision is taken by the Collector in the matter. We therefore direct the District Collector, Mahaboobnagar, to enquire into the

matter pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioners after giving hearing to them and also to the tenth respondent and calling for records and documents, if required in this regard, and take a decision in the matter. Consequently action, if required after enquiry into the matter, may be taken. The entire exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
