THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24074 of 2016 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that he had filed a complaint on 09.07.2016 before the 4th respondent alleging that respondents 5 to 7 have trespassed into his land, threatened him to vacate the land and that subsequently, they have illegally entered into the petitioner's land and cultivated Ac.4-00 guntas of dry land by sowing Kandi(Red Gram) crop.

2. The contents of the above complaint reveal that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7 and that the petitioner has alleged that he was dispossessed by the respondents 5 to 7.

3. Since this is a civil dispute, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
