THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.15256 of 2014 ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the First Information Report in crime No.15 of 2013 of Racherla, Prakasam District, which is sought to be quashed by the petitioner/Accused No.3, in fact, subsequently resulted in filing S.T.C.No.197 of 2016 and it ended in conviction of Accused Nos.1, 2, 5 and 6 by judgment, dated 19.10.2014, whereas Accused No.4 died, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
