THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5554 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents are not paying the salaries since 2014 with enhanced PRC Scale, though, the petitioners are regularly working in the above said institution is highly illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory and also in violation of Art. 14, 16 & 21 of constitution of Indian and declare the same as bad in law and consequently direct the respondents to pay salaries with enhanced PRC scale to the petitioners from the date of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.25, FINANCE (HRM.IV) DEPARTMENT dated 18.03.2015 of the 1st respondent and pass such other order as the Hon'ble Court deem just, under the circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Sri C.Rajashekar Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education, appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, petitioners herein submitted a representation dated 17.11.2015 to the 2nd respondent - District Educational Officer, Hyderabad and no action has been taken so far on the said representation and learned counsel has requested necessary directions to the 2nd respondent to take action, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.
4. In view of the above said submission, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the entitlement of the
petitioners herein, directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 17.11.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the Stake Holders.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 22.02.2016 SS
