This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 21/04/2014 passed in I.A.No. 267 of 2014 in AS.No. 104 of 2012 by the IX Additional District Judge, Wanaparthy, allowing the application filed under Order 41, Rule 27 of CPC to receive the documents as additional evidence in the appeal stage for proper adjudication of the matter.

2. Sri V.Hanmanth Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the civil revision petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs.

5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
