THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5565 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash Cr.No.267 of 2012 on the file of the Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Section 180 IPC. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that the charge sheet has been filed before the Court of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad and the trial was commenced and the petitioner was acquitted from the said charge. Hence the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________ JUSTICE ANIS.
