HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION No.2995 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.106 of 2012 on the file of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 506 read with 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, after investigating into the matter, the police filed final report into the Court stating that the matter is civil in nature. In view of filing of final report into the Court, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
