HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24186 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not instructing the 4th respondent to demarcate the land admeasuring Ac.300 guntas in Sy.No.415 of Tangatoor Village Shankarpalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court on 01.08.2016 issued Notice before admission and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents was asked to obtain instructions as to the action taken in pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner for demarcation and handing over the possession of the land, in respect of which, patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions wherein it is stated that a detailed report called from the Tahsildar, Shankerpally in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 guntas in Sy.No.415, is awaited and after receipt of the same, the request of the petitioner shall be considered within three (03) months time.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 09.10.2012 made by the petitioner

within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 27-09-2016 dv
