The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 16.10.2014 before the respondent authorities for conducting survey and demarcating the land in Sy.No.348 to an extent of Ac.1-46 cents and the land in Sy.No.345 to an extent of Ac.0-79 cents situated in Nandikotkur Mandal, Kurnool District. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the representation filed by the petitioner on 16.10.2014 is pending before the respondent authorities, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondent authorities are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
