Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Education (TG) for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner while working as Secondary Grade Teacher in Deshrajpalle was transferred and posted to MPPS School, Rudrangi-2 in Rajanna Sircilla District in the transfer counseling exercise undertaken by the department in June-July, 2018. After joining in the said place, petitioner claims to have preferred appeal on 17.07.2018 citing personal grounds. According to petitioner he has mentally retarded son and the present posting is causing lot of hardship and suffering to him. Alleging inaction on the appeal preferred by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to raise additional grounds in continuation of appeal preferred on 17.07.2018. The said request is accepted. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the appeal is already preferred by the petitioner against the order of transfer and the same is stated to be pending and if petitioner raises additional grounds in continuation of appeal preferred, within one week from today, the Commissioner and Director of School Education shall consider the appeal preferred on 17.07.2018 and the additional grounds now proposed to be raised, within two weeks

- 3 - from the date of receipt of copy of additional grounds and pass orders by assigning due reasons in support of the decision. 5.
