- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2709 OF 2018 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed alleging that the interim order passed by this Court on 28.08.2018 in W.P.No.27504 of 2018 is violated. By the said order, this Court directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 26.05.2018. 2.

Learned Standing counsel placed before this Court the decision made by the Regional Manager, Hyderabad Region, on 01.10.2018. By the said decision, the Regional Manager, considered the representation of petitioner dated 26.05.2018 consequent to the directions of this Court and passed orders rejecting the request of petitioner for posting as driver on nonpassenger vehicle. 3.

In view of the said order, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the directions issued by this Court warranting initiation of contempt proceedings. 4.

Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if so advised, aggrieved by the decision made on 01.10.2018. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
