Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record letter dated 16.03.2020 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. From a perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalath on 06.10.2015 vide C.C.No.407 of 2013.
