Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2015 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, was allowed on 10.06.2016 by examining PW.1 and marking Exs.P1 to P9.
3. The present transfer petition is filed seeking transfer of the said H.M.O.P. In such an event, the present transfer petition becomes infructuous.
4. Hence, the present transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous.
