HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20735 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government for respondents 1 to 6 and learned Counsel for the seventh respondent.
The petitioner is the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.1.63 1⁄2 cents comprised in Sy.No. 268/1 of Pothavaram Village of P.Gangavaram Mandal in East Godavari District. The said land is the agricultural land and the same is irrigated under the main irrigation canal. While so the lands in Sy.Nos. 268, 269 etc., which are situated on the southern side of the canal are belonging to the third parties. The seventh respondent purchased an extent of 0.79 cents in Sy.No. 269 which is situated on southern side of the land of the petitioner and converted the said land for non-agricultural purpose and prepared a layout. In those circumstances the petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents on 14.5.2015 ventilating his grievance and when the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Respondents 4 and 5 are supposed to take action against the persons who have unauthorizedly converted the agricultural land to non-agricultural purpose. During the said course, the objections of the petitioner are also to be taken into account. As the petitioner submitted his representation on 14.5.

In the circumstances, the Writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.5.2015 and enquire the same in the presence of the seventh respondent and pass appropriate orders thereon within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
