THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.114 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw the suit O.S.No.188 of 2010 pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Medchal and to transfer the same to the Court of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to be tried along with O.S.No.1028 of 2012.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of a similar petition before the appropriate Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
