Sri B.Narasimha Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
