THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12252 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1025 of 2014 on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajgiri. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition in view of commencement of trial. He also submitted that the petitioner herein filed a petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to recall P.W.1 for cross-examination. Permission is granted.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
