The case of the petitioner is that he purchased agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.37 cents in Sy.No.310/1-B, situated at Yeravaram Village, Yeravaram Panchayat No.31, Yelamanchili Mandal, Yelamanchili Sub-Division, Visakhapatnam, through registered sale deed bearing document No.2407/2009, dated 30.07.2009 from his vendor one Vandanam. In pursuance to the same, he made an application on 18.11.2015 through M-seva in Form-6 A for obtaining Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed, as his name was already entered in the revenue records. But, as no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application submitted by the petitioner on 18.11.2015 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for him to dispose of the same. As such, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
