THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21910 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer in the year 2004 in respect of shop No.18 of Ippatla Village, Lingala Mandal in YSR Kadapa District. While so, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 18.05.2015 seeking explanation in respect of five charges. The petitioner submitted her explanation. After receiving the explanation dated 26.05.2015, an order was passed on 03.06.2015 suspending the authorisation of the petitioner. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court perused the charges levelled against the petitioner and the charges are five in number. They require further enquiry by the third respondent.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the third respondent at this stage. Since the petitioner had already submitted her explanation, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order by observing principles of natural justice, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
