HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.38235 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners are aggrieved by the order, dated 03-05-2015 passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Rc.No.F/2121/2013, and against the said order, they stated to have filed a revision and it is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent in R.P.No.E5/4382/2015. It is stated that the petitioners have also filed an application for interim relief along with the said revision on 09-07-2015. Alleging that no date of hearing is notified and even the stay petition is not yet heard and disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Keeping in view the limited grievance sought for by the petitioners, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix an early date, after notice to the petitioners and hear and pass appropriate orders in the said revision, atleast to the extent of interim application, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 25-11-2015 Prv
