THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9954 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.128 of 2015 on the file of the Nereducherla Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner did not inform about the dismissal of the earlier application filed by the petitioner and he has also not filed copy of the said order. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application.
