THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.14940 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying any salaries from 1.7.2014 to till today is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the salaries from 1.7.2014 to till today forthwith".

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.10.2015 to the 2nd respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Guntur District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Administrative Office, Guntur, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. It is requested by the learned counsel to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation by fixing some time frame.

3. Having regard to the nature of controversy and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.10.2015 by fixing some time limit.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 15.10.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
