Bhosale) Sri Mirza Nisar Ahmed Baig, learned counsel for the appellant, does not press these miscellaneous petitions and seeks liberty to the appellant to file applications seeking review of order, dated 12.08.2015, passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.29396 and 35282 of 2014. He also prays for withdrawal of writ appeals. Hence, we pass the following order:

"Rev.WAMP.Nos.2688 and 2720 of 2015 seeking review of order, dated 06.10.2015, passed in W.A.Nos.899 and 903 of 2015 are disposed of as not pressed and writ appeals are also allowed to be withdrawn. In view thereof, the order, dated 06.10.2015, passed in writ appeals renders ineffective.

It is open to the appellant/petitioner to file petitions seeking review of the order, dated 12.08.2015, passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.29396 and 35282 of 2014. We make it clear that while making this observation we have not examined the contentions of the
