The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not passing any orders on the representation dated 27.11.2015 submitted by the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in view of the subsequent developments.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in view of the subsequent developments. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
