ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to produce Dugempudi Sravani Reddy (for short, 'the alleged detenue') before the Court and set her at liberty. 2.

In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, the alleged detenue is produced by the police. The alleged detenue informed the Court that she did not marry the petitioner with her free will and consent. She further stated that the petitioner has cheated her by falsely claiming that he has higher educational qualifications and that she is voluntarily living with her parents and she does not intend to live with the petitioner.

In the light of the above views expressed by the alleged detenue, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail common law remedies.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
