When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner-management has filed the present writ petition aggrieved by G.O.Rt.No.88, Higher Education (CE.II-1) Department, dated 12-02-2002, issued in favour of 4th respondent declaring him as senior to the 5th respondent. As the issue decided in G.O.Rt.No.88, dated 12.02.2002 is inter se dispute between 4th and 5th respondents, the petitionerManagement has no role or locus standi to challenge the said G.O. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
