This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners/ A1 to A3, to set aside the NBW dated 04.06.2018 issued against them in C.C.No.112 of 2017 by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Nandalur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent.

There is nothing to interfere with the NBW pending against the petitioners/ A1 to A3 herein for their absence, but for, to say with presence they can file application for recall of NBW under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. for the learned Magistrate to consider and dispose of on the same day, on merits.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
